この度、事業拡大に伴い「営業アシスタント」を募集いたします

  • 仕事内容

営業事務・営業アシスタント業務

営業担当者のサポート役として、以下の業務をお任せします。

  • 見積書・契約書作成

営業担当が顧客に提案するための見積書や、リース契約に関する契約書の作成業務です。

専用システムへの入力が中心となりますので、PC操作に抵抗がなければ問題ありません。

  • 車両登録

陸運局への申請書類の作成や手続きを行っていただきます。

自動車関連の知識がなくても、丁寧にお教えします。

  • 営業資料作成

PowerPointを使った営業資料の作成や、社内報告用のデータ集計などもお任せします。

※ExcelやPowerPointの基本操作ができれば問題ありません。

リース業界が未経験の方もご安心ください。

給与


時給1,800円

※残業代別途支給

※交通費規定支給(月上限5万円)

時短勤務可(扶養の範囲内でも働いていただけます)

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)
  • 週2日、週3日勤務なども可(働き方はご相談ください)

・営業事務、一般事務、データ入力経験

・リース業界経験

・自動車関連業界経験

・保険代理店事務、損害保険募集人資格保持者
