【主な職務】
■税理士法人内のDigital推進を主にIT利活用に係わるガバナンスの観点から支援するポジションの募集です。
■税理士法人においてもDigitalの活用は日々広がりを見せており、クライアントとのビジネスを遂行するためのプラットフォームの活用や、日々の生産性向上のための生成型AIの利用推進など、その領域は多岐にわたります。
■積極的なDigital活用により、クライアントに新たな価値を提供し、内部の生産性を向上させる。このようなポジティブな活動を行うためには、堅牢なガバナンスの整備が欠かせません。
■Digitalの推進におけるITガバナンス計画の立案、実行、モニタリング、品質管理部門との連携によるリスク統制、グローバルでのシステム統制への適合、ならびにバックエンドシステムを管轄する部門との連携など。一連の施策について、自ら考え、計画し、ステークホルダーを巻き込んで実行することができる人材を募集します。

【必須スキル・経験】
以下(1)・(2)のご経験を満たす方
以下の全てが必須
■ITベンダーや事業会社でのシステム開発・管理経験
■プロジェクトメンバーとしての関与に加えて、主幹や管理者としてのご経験
以下のいずれか1つ当てはまる方((1)に加えて)
■グローバルでのクロスボーダーのITに限らないプロジェクトの経験が複数あり、国籍MIXの体制でのリード経験がある方(オフショア開発案件/ブリッジ担当のみの経験は除く)
■グローバル企業でHCや英語圏の現地法人への勤務経験がある方(英語圏の方、外資であれば日本法人)
■グローバルでビジネス展開している企業でマネジャー・課長以上もしくはそれに準ずる職位

■ITガバナンス整備とそれにともなう内部監査(支援含む)のご経験
■IT投資管理のご経験
