【 Job Description】

【Your Role】

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the entire development process for new web services, from upstream design to project management and development promotion.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

・Project management for the full software development lifecycle, from requirements definition to design, development, testing, and release.

・Managing overall project risks.

・Managing external vendors, including their workload and quality.

・Flexibly running projects by combining both waterfall and agile development methods.

・Systematizing, improving, and proposing development processes, and then executing them.

Additionally, depending on your experience and aspirations, you may take on team management for new or existing services. This could involve meetings with leaders from other sections, task management, conducting 1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews, setting team goals, mentoring members, and participating in casual interviews and formal interviews for recruitment.

【Team Structure】

The new service is currently being developed by a small team consisting of existing employees, contractors, and external vendors. The company plans to gradually increase the number of full-time employees, with this being the first dedicated hire for this position.

You'll take over the Project Manager duties from the person currently in charge and be responsible for driving the project forward as a dedicated professional.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

Experience as a project manager at a business or SIer (3+ years)

Experience managing external vendors

Development experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

【Preferred】

Experience in defining requirements, design, and release of new web services

Experience in driving projects for development sprints of about 3-6 months

Experience in driving development projects of about 10 people

Experience in in-house development for a company developing app services for toC
