【業務内容】
継続的にVCや事業会社から資金調達を経て事業拡大を続け、今後IPOを目指す同社における経理責任者をお任せします。
決算業務を実施いただくとともに、監査法人対応や銀行対応といった会計領域の業務を幅広く責任者としてお任せしていくポジションになります。
経験やご志向に応じて会計領域にとどまらず、上場を目指す上で管理部門として必要な業務もお任せしていくこともあります。
【具体的な業務内容】
経理・財務業務全般
・日々の仕訳業務
・請求書発行・振込の承認作業
・決算業務(月次、年次)
・監査法人対応業務
・銀行対応業務
・税務申告書の作成(税理士と連携)
・証券会社対応業務
・固定資産管理
・管理会計業務、など
管理部門全般(経験やご志向に応じてお任せすることがあります)
・総務・法務関連業務(契約締結、株主総会対応含む)
・リスク管理業務(債権回収リスクの管理など)
・情報システムチームのマネジメント(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
・経理の実務経験5年以上
・単体決算業務(子会社を含む)の責任者としてのご経験3年以上
・監査法人との折衝経験
※会計事務所等でアウトソーシングの経験でも可
【歓迎経験・スキル】
・スタートアップ企業やベンチャー企業での就業経験
・上場直前期~IPOの管理部門または上場企業での業務経験
・営業や製造といった事業部側の現場に入り込んで経理・会計周りに関する仕組みを立ち上げた、若しくは整えたご経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
