【仕事内容】

航空貨物を扱う物流会社・運送会社を

中心とした既存顧客に対し、

当社で教育・研修を行った

「貿易事務スタッフ」の派遣を行います。

~ 具体的には ~

・既存顧客への定期的なフォロー、

ニーズのヒアリング

・派遣スタッフの就業状況確認、

面談(約90名/2ヶ月に1回程度)

・一部、求職者の面接対応

・派遣条件や契約更新に関する調整業務

※ガツガツと売り込む営業ではなく、

関係構築が中心です

  • 英語スキル不要

航空・貿易業界の仕事ですが、

英語スキルは不要です。

実務で英語を使う場面はなく、

語学力がなくても活躍可能です

新規開拓なし/既存顧客100%

対応するのは、

すでに取引のある顧客のみ。

日々のコミュニケーションを通じて

信頼関係を深めていくスタイルです。

貿易事務に特化した人材派遣

当社は貿易事務に専門特化。

派遣前には専門講師が顧客業務に

合わせた研修を実施しており、

「即戦力になる人材を紹介してもらえる」

と高い評価を得ています。

役職ポストもあり、成果次第では

派遣部署の責任者に抜擢する可能性も。

・業務で頻出する専門用語の解説

未経験からでも、業界理解を

深めたうえで営業に臨める環境です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

9:30~18:30(実働8h)

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

【年収例】

  • 450万円=月給23万円+諸手当+賞与(1年目)

  • 550万円=月給25万円+諸手当+賞与(3年目・役職者)
