お客様のサービスにおける性能面でのテクニカルな課題において、
非機能(性能)に関連する技術全般(上流~下流)、非機能要求に基づくシステムアーキテクチャ設計、
DB移行に関連する技術全般を扱う業務に携わっていただきます。
案件としては20名規模の案件の中で数名程度のプロジェクトが同時並行で動き、
その中でプレイングリーダーとして、チーム全体のQCD管理及びステークホルダー管理を行い、必要に応じてプレイヤーとしても対応いただきます。
◆任せる業務内容
以下のような立場で顧客システムの課題解決を支援していただきます。
■アーキテクト
・各種非機能要求に基づくシステムプラットフォームのアーキテクチャ設計
・アーキテクチャ領域に関する各種QA、テクニカルコンサルティング
■DBスペシャリスト
・データベース移行支援メンバとして、移行アセスメント(移行の難易度評価)の実施、
PoC支援、DB移行に伴う、DB再設計、SQL変換、互換機能の開発、試験支援、QA、技術コンサルタント
■性能スペシャリスト
・主に性能試験支援、性能問題解決支援メンバとして、性能試験計画の策定、
性能設計(アプリケーションロジック、サイジング、パラメータ設計)、
性能試験の実施から解析、性能チューニング(OS、ミドルウェア、DB)、QA、技術コンサルタント
【求める人材】
・ アーキテクト/データベース/性能領域のいずれかの分野において上流から対応可能な得意領域を有していること・ プロジェクト管理者として、数名~十数名以上のチームにおいてマネジメント(進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理など)を行った経験・ 一通りの開発工程(要件定義~総合テスト)の経験・ 顧客折衝/チーム間調整等の窓口業務経験・ 未経験分野に対して、独力でキャッチアップした経験・ 常に当事者意識を持ち、顧客にどれだけ価値を提供できるか、自ら考え行動に移すことができるマインド

・ クラウドサービス(AWS Azure GCP等)を利用したシステム開発経験・ 仮想化、コンテナ技術(kubernetes、docker等)についての経験・ アーキテクト領域に関わる各種経験・ データベース領域に関わる各種経験(特にPostgreSQLの有識者歓迎)、上流(方式設計)から下流(詳細設計・構築・試験)までの一連の経験・ DB移行に関わる業務経験(移行要件の整理、移行方式策定、移行設計、移行試験、移行実施)、バックアップ/リストア、監視等の運用設計経験・ 冗長化設計、構築経験、災害対策設計、構築経験、DBaaSの設計、構築経験、性能領域に関わる各種経験、性能要件定義・ 性能試験計画の策定、性能設計、性能試験実施経験、性能チューニング経験(OS、ミドルウェア、DB)
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
