【業務内容】
お客様サービスにおける性能面でのテクニカルな課題において、DBを中心とした検証や分析を行い
性能試験の支援や技術コンサルティングを行っています。
◆任せる業務内容
DBスペシャリスト、性能スペシャリストの立場で顧客システムの課題解決を支援していただきます。
■DBスペシャリスト
・データベース移行支援メンバとして、移行アセスメント(移行の難易度評価)の実施、
PoC支援、DB移行に伴う、DB再設計、SQL変換、互換機能の開発、試験支援、
QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。
■性能スペシャリスト
・主に性能試験支援、性能問題解決支援メンバとして、性能試験計画の策定、
性能設計(アプリケーションロジック、サイジング、パラメータ設計)、
性能試験の実施から解析、性能チューニング(OS、ミドルウェア、DB)、
QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
・自分事として、顧客課題に取り組み、主体的に業務に取り組む姿勢
・1つ以上の得意な製品、分野を有し、以下のような経験があること
プロジェクト管理者/チームリーダとして、3名以上のチームにおいて
マネジメント(進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理など)を行った経験
設計~試験までの一貫した工程経験
顧客折衝/チーム間調整等の窓口業務経験
未経験分野に対して、独力でキャッチアップした経験
【歓迎スキル・経験】
・常に当事者意識を持ち、顧客にどれだけ価値を提供できるか、自ら考え行動に移すことができるマインド
・クラウドサービス(AWS, Azure, GCP等)を利用したシステム開発経験
・DB移行に関わる業務経験、特にoracleからPostgreSQLへの移行経験
・仮想化、コンテナ技術(kubernetes、docker等)についての経験
・バックアップ/リストア、監視等の運用設計経験
・冗長化の設計、構築経験
