DBスペシャリスト、性能スペシャリストの立場で顧客システムの課題解決を支援します。
チームの規模は、数名から10名程ほどと案件により異なります。
数か月のスパンでさまざまな案件に対応していくため、最新技術にも触れる機会も多いでしょう。

<具体的な仕事内容>
■DBスペシャリスト
データベース移行支援メンバーとして、移行アセスメント(移行の難易度評価)の実施、PoC支援、DB移行に伴うDB再設計、SQL変換、互換機能の開発、試験支援、 QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。
■性能スペシャリスト
主に性能試験支援、性能問題解決支援メンバーとして対応。性能試験計画の策定、性能設計(アプリケーションロジック、サイジング、パラメータ設計)、性能試験の実施から解析、性能チューニング(OS、ミドルウェア、DB)、QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。

<経験>
1つ以上の得意な製品・分野を有し、以下のような経験があること
・プロジェクト管理者/チームリーダとして、3名以上のチームにおいてマネジメント(進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理など)を行った経験
・設計~試験までの一貫した工程経験
・顧客折衝/チーム間調整等の窓口業務経験
・未経験分野に対して、独力でキャッチアップした経験
