す。
大規模な事業活動を行うには、当社のような廃棄物の専門家が必要不可欠となっています。
大企業やリーディングカンパニーが抱える環境問題を「コンサルティング」×「ITサービス」で解決し
ていくことが、私たちのミッションです。
<お任せする仕事は…>
- 新規顧客開拓
すでにお問い合わせいただいたお客様や、アポイントが取れている状態からのスタートが中心。
アポを取るために時間をかけることが少ないため、顧客とのコミュニケーションや課題解決に注力できます
はじめは先輩社員同席のもと商談しますので安心です。
- 提案資料の作成
- メール・電話での顧客対応
- アフターフォロー
※顧客からのフィードバックを元にサービス改善 など
<担当社数>
平均30~50社を担当しますが、常に全顧客からお問い合わせいただくわけではありません。
実際に積極的にコミュニケーションを取っているのは多くても10社程度。
残りの顧客に対しては、年1回の近況報告や状況に応じたサポートの提案など、長期的な関係構築を意識したコミュニケーションを取っていただきます。

コンサル営業のやりがいは――
廃棄物処理を担当する部署は取引先企業により異なります。
総務部であったり、環境部であったりと商談相手はさまざま。
時には企業の経営層へ直接ご提案することも
法的リスクを抱えているお客様に対し、最適な解決策をご提案するためには、ご担当者さまと密にコミュニケーションを取って企業文化や組織構造を理解することが第一歩です。

産業廃棄物の知識が全くない状態からのスタートでした。
取引先は大手企業ばかり。業界を率いるポジションだからこそ、時には私たち以上に知見が深い方もいらっしゃいます。
そんなお客様が私たちのことを「廃棄物管理に詳しいプロフェッショナル」だと思っているので、最低限の基礎知識をつけないと話にならないのも事実です。
そのため、研修で学んだり、基礎知識の習得に顧客向けの無料オンラインセミナーやeラーニングを利用したりしながら、覚えていきました。
取引先は大手企業。担当できる企業は何百社と数多く、各社に担当者が割り当てられています。
サービスの後ろ盾が法律なので、お客様も「やらなきゃいけないものであり、法規制があること」は納得されています。
しかし、「実際に自社がどこまで対応できているかが分からない」という場合が多く見受けられます。
「法律上、AとBとCを抑えておく必要がありますが、ご対応されていますか?」「どこまで取り組まれていると思いますか?」という会話から、潜在的なニーズを引き出していくことが大切です。

担当したお客様とのエピソード

入社したての頃、建設業のお客様を担当しました。
そのお客様は廃棄物に関する知識が全くない方でした。
そこで、二人三脚で契約書やマニフェストの交付ルールを整備。
一緒に契約書を読み解き、不足している点を洗い出すなど、文字通り手を取り合って問題解決を図りました。
その結果、「JEMSさんがいないとこの会社の廃棄物管理は無理だ」という感謝の言葉をいただき、やりがいを感じました。
自分自身にとっても「お客さまが一緒に勉強を付き合ってくれた」と思うくらい知識を得られましたし、成長できたと思っています。
他にも、長年、自社の廃棄物管理ルールが法律的に正しいかどうか不安に思っているお客様に対して、リスクがある部分や改善点をお伝えすると、「スッキリしました」という言葉をいただくことも多いです。
廃棄物管理の担当者が詳しい方の場合、「あなたがいなくなったらどうなりますか?」という問いかけから、後任を育成するための対策をご提案したことも。
ご提案できることが多岐にわたり、大手企業と継続して長くお取引いただけることもこの仕事の魅力です。

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり163時間
9:00~18:00(所定労働時間:8時間)
残業に月ごとの波はほとんどなく、1日1~2h程度です。
