【ポジション】
デイサービスでの介護スタッフ
【主なお仕事について】
・利用者様の食事補助や入浴時のサポート業務を担当していただきます
・複数名でのチーム体制により、未経験の方でも安心して業務に取り組めます
・日常的な見守り業務や各種動作の補助も行います
【研修・サポート体制】
未経験の方も大歓迎で、利用者様とのコミュニケーションを大切にした働き方を学んでいただけます。資格取得費用補助制度もあり、スキルアップを支援します。

要介護状態等の心身の特徴を踏まえて利用者が可能な限り、その居宅においてその有する能力に応じ自立した日常生活を営むことができるよう支援しています。利用者の社会的孤立感の解消および心身機能の維持並びに家族の身体的・精神的負担の軽減を図るために必要な日常生活の世話及び機能訓練などの介護その他必要な援助を行います。民家改修型の和デイサービスなので自宅にいる様な感覚でサービスを提供し、保険外サービスとして自費のサービスもあります。
