Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. 荒川区にあるデイサービスセンターで、要介護者の方の日常生活支援と送迎を行う施設です。社会とのつながりを重視し、毎日外出活動を実施しています。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 主にご利用者の送迎業務(ハイエース、ラクティス使用)と、外出時の移動介助、見守り・付き添い業務を担当します。ご利用者ができないことを支援し、ご家族の介護負担軽減を図ります。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 介護資格は不要で、普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)があればOK。はじめは職員が同行し、充実した研修制度でしっかりサポートします。
Q. どんな働き方ができますか?
A. 週2日から勤務OK、扶養内勤務も可能です。8:00~17:00で残業なし、服装・髪型・髪色自由。主婦・主夫、フリーター、シニアまで幅広く活躍中です。
