・給与:月給228,922円〜251,612円(夜勤・遅出各5回想定含む)

・勤務形態:4交代シフト制(夜勤月5〜6回程度)

◆募集ポジション

介護スタッフ(特別養護老人ホーム/介護付き有料老人ホーム)

◆主な業務内容

・入居者の身体介護(食事、入浴、排泄、歩行介助等)

・生活全般のサポートおよびリハビリの付き添い

・日々の業務記録、多職種との情報共有

・各専門研修への参加を通じたスキルアップ

・介護職員初任者研修以上の資格をお持ちの方

【給与補足】

・基本給:166,100円〜175,600円

【手当について】

・家族手当:配偶者16,000円 こども一人につき4,500円(3人まで)

・職種手当:13,000円(介護福祉士)

・改善手当:3,322円~3,512円

・交付金手当:27,000円

・夜勤手当:4,500円(夜勤のある施設に介護職で従事した場合)

・遅出手当:2,000円(22:00終了の勤務をした場合)

・通勤手当:実費支給(当会賃金規定に基づく)

・特定認定行為業務従事者認定者には職種手当に3,000円/月加算して支給(法人内の研修にて取得可能)

※給与は初任者研修以上の資格をお持ちの方を想定した支給金額です。

給与には夜勤、遅出を行った場合の給与を出しております(5回/月づつ想定)
