【仕事内容】

同社は、コンピュータソフトウェアの開発および関連業務を行う企業です。

既存事業の拡大と組織活性化を目的とした「芝生戦略」を掲げ、

ビジネス提案型の体制への移行を進めております。

オンプレミス環境からクラウドネイティブへの移行プロジェクトを推進する

プロジェクトマネージャーを募集しており、プロジェクト全体の進捗管理、課題管理、

品質管理、リスク管理などを担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・ オンプレミス環境からクラウドネイティブへの移行プロジェクトにおける

プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクト全体の推進

・ 設計から、開発、テスト、リリースまで、各工程における進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、

リスク管理等、プロジェクトの成功に向けて中心的な役割

・ ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション

・ 現状分析と課題の明確化

・ プロジェクト計画の立案・提案・予算策定

・ 開発チームの進捗管理、課題解決、品質管理

・ ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、合意形成

・ プロジェクトリスクの予測と対策の実施

・ ベンダー選定・契約交渉・管理

【求める人材】

・ SIerでの受託開発案件におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上

・ 上流の業務設計、開発(基本設計~システムテスト)の実務経験5年以上

・ 顧客との折衝/交渉経験

・ リソース調達・マネジメント、チームワーク力

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
