【業務内容】
介護施設にて、ご利用者さまが "無理なく快適に動ける身体" を維持できるよう、身体面と生活動作の両面から支援するリハビリを担当します。
歩行訓練・姿勢調整などの基本的アプローチに加え、
力を入れすぎない体の使い方指導
疲れを翌日に残さない軽運動サポート
個々の生活ペースに合わせた無理のない訓練
生活動作の中で"しんどさ"が出るポイントの改善
など、負担を減らしながら快適さを引き上げる 支援を行います。
介護・看護スタッフとも連携し、
「頑張りすぎなくていい」
「できる形で続けられる」
という安心感を大切にしたリハビリスタイルです。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・申し送り(疲労度・生活面の変化共有)
9:15 午前リハ(軽い可動域訓練・姿勢調整)
11:30 昼食前の快適姿勢サポート
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(負担軽減動作の練習・体の使い方修正)
15:00 フロア巡回・軽運動の声かけ
16:00 記録・翌日の負担軽減計画
17:30 退勤
