成約率70%の理由がここに未経験から始める個人営業

【主な仕事内容】

外壁塗装などのリフォーム提案をお任せします。すでにアポイントが取れているお客様へのご提案なので、飛び込み営業はありません。お客様の生活のお悩みを丁寧にヒアリングし、最適な商材やサービスをご案内します。

【1日の流れ】

訪問はお客様が在宅の時間帯に行い、平日は1~2件、土日は2~3件程度。移動・ヒアリング・提案・契約手続きまで、1件あたり最大3時間ほどです。

【仕事のポイント】

・点検業務はマニュアル完備で専門知識不要

・事務スタッフが契約書作成などをサポート

・営業は提案に集中できる分業体制

・直行直帰も可能で柔軟な働き方が可能

給与:

月給:250,000円~380,000円

・インセンティブ年3回(4月・8月・12月)

・昇給随時(社内評価基準により随時昇降格あり)
