徐々に研修を行い受電対応経験していただきながら、ゆっくり段階的にスキル身に付けていただきますのでご安心ください

業務に慣れていただいたら、将来的にコンビニ店舗からのチケットサービスに関するお問合せ対応も対応していただく予定です

コールセンター未経験の方、一般的なビジネスマナー(電話応対、メール等)

接客経験活かせます元気な挨拶ができる方お待ちしてます

PC基本操作・入力

※未経験の方や電話対応に慣れていない方で最大2か月程度の研修となります

勤務時間


8:50~17:50 (休憩60分)

10:00~19:00 (休憩60分)

11:00~20:00 (休憩60分)

※時間固定や曜日固定の相談OK

※1日10分程度の残業の可能性があります

※研修期間約2か月間は平日10:00~19:00で固定

週休2日 シフト制 月~日・祝のうち週5日勤務
