業務内容
ABEMAの事業成長の根幹を担う「アニメ編成・渉外・企画・制作プロデューサー」ポジションを募集いたします。
国内外においてマーケット成長が著しいアニメ領域において
・どのユーザーに向けて、どのようなアニメを、どのような打ち出し・企画で編成するかの意思決定及びコンテンツ買付
・アニメ作品の視聴を最大化させるPR設計
・番組制作、地上波バラエティなどでも活躍の場を広げる声優の方々が出演するバラエティ番組の企画制作
など、アニメに関わる事業チャンス全てを最大化させることをミッションとしています。
経営層と伴走しながら、データ分析、マーケット調査、関連するビジネスモデル設計、事業計画の策定の検討・実行なども行っていただきます。
入社後、まずはメンバーと並走しABEMAのビジネスモデルや様々な経営資源・アセットの理解を深めていただきます。
その後、アニメチャンネルアニメ編成・渉外・企画・制作プロデューサーとして活動いただくことを期待しています。
ご経歴やご意向に応じて、渉外/編成/宣伝/制作などどこかに特化したミッションをお任せする場合と、横断的にお任せする場合ございます。

必要な経験/スキル
事業会社/制作会社/メディア会社において、戦略立案や施策遂行などを行った経験がある(2〜3年)
■あると望ましい経験/スキル
コンテンツ、メディアサービスをグロースさせるための戦略立案/実行経験のある方
コンテンツ、メディア関連で企画立案→施策推進→振り返り→施策修正などのPDCAを一通り回したことのある方
広告代理店や大手メーカーにて営業/マーケティング経験のある方
アニメに関連する業務(制作、調達、運用業務、その他)に携わったことのある即戦力となる方も大歓迎です

ポジションにより実施内容が異なりますが、複数回の面接と適性検査/技術試験、リファレンスチェックを実施いたします。
