  • 主な業務内容

  • 外勤で働く社員との月一回の面談・電話相談

・仕事からプライベートの悩みまで、親身になって力になってあげてください。

・キャリアプランの相談もありますので、キャリアコンサル要素のあるお仕事です。

  • 営業サポート事務

・営業の書類作成

・面談した社員の引継ぎ対応

  • 社員からの問い合わせ対応(管理業務)

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

もしくは

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※研修期間中は変動する可能性がございます。

  • 残業少なめで、プライベートも充実

基本給:月給 26万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

<試用(研修)期間中の給与>

  • 首都圏(東京都、神奈川・千葉・埼玉県)エリア

月給22万円~50万円+諸手当+賞与年2回

※社員管理経験者(当社規定有)は試用期間中の条件に変動はありません
