【仕事内容】

大手建設会社と数多く取引する当社の『総合職』としてご活躍いただきます。

新人研修を受けて頂き、その後は適性やご希望に合わせていずれかのお仕事をお任せいたします。

面接では時間をかけてしっかり説明いたしますので、

わからないことや入社後にギャップを感じないよう疑問点はなんてもきいてください。

【具体的には】

●提出書類の作成

まずは工事を始める前に、行政機関に提出する申請書類を作ります。

提出後、「ここに建物を建ててもOK」という許可を得てから、工事に入ります。

●現場の記録

工事を始める前後に、現場にて写真を撮影。

「どんな材料を使って、どんな工事をしたのか?」を日々記録します。

●事務書類の作成

工事の計画について、分かりやすくまとめた書類を作ります。

●工事の進捗確認

毎日の朝礼や夕礼、そして定例会議などを通じて、

「今日はどんな工事をするのか?」「現状ではどこまで工事が進んでいるのか?」などを確認します。

●プロジェクト全体のスケジュール管理・調整

建物などが出来上がるまでの計画全体をお任せします。

●安全管理

現場で働く職人さんたちが、安全に作業に取り組めるよう手配していただきます。

●設計図の作成

AutoCADなどを使用し、建物などの設計図を作っていただきます。

当社では社会人経験がない方でも、

一人前の『建設会社の総合職』に成長できる新人研修をご用意しています。

研修では、「敬語の使い方や身だしなみ」など

ビジネスマナーの基礎から学んでいただきます。

その後、建設現場の進捗などを取り仕切る「施工管理」の知識や、

CADでの製図作成をお教えします。

研修を終える頃には、自信を持って仕事に臨めるようになれますよ。

また、就業後もまずはアシスタントとして働くので、

わからない事もしっかり聞いて仕事ができます。

月給 22万円以上+一律手当+残業代

※建設総合職の入社時の平均給与は月給25万円

※研修から配属までの研修期間中は、基本給18万円になります。

(研修費・交通費など会社が全額負担します)

※2年目以降は、評価・査定を行いベースアップしていきます。

初年度の月給は、25万円~35万円(各種手当込み)を想定しております。

※経験・能力・資格を考慮の上、同社規定に基づき決定します。
