プレイングマネージャーとして、オンライン/オフラインのイベントや講演、セミナーの企画・運営をしていただきます。
企画・計画・準備・実行・効果測定といった一連の流れを担当いただきます。
さらには、組織の成果最大化のために、定量的なデータと現場感から目標達成に向けた道筋をたて、周囲を巻き込んだ施策の企画実行、チームビルディングを推進していただきます。

【具体的には】
1)外部出展イベントに関する業務
・年間の出展計画の策定、折衝
・ブース設計、展示会に関連する制作物のディレクション業務
・運営計画の策定、実行
・当日の運営、現場管理
・効果測定、予算管理
2)自社イベント(セミナー、カンファレンス等)に関する業務
・イベント(セミナー、カンファレンス等)の企画・折衝・実行
・登壇コンテンツの企画立案・プレゼン資料作成
・集客に関するメディアプランニング
・当日の運営、制作管理
・効果測定、予算管理 各フェーズにおいて社内外と連携し成果の最大化を図ります。

【求める人材】
・ イベントやセミナーにおいて、企画・運営の中心的な役割を担った経験
・ オンライン/オフラインでの展示会やイベント(セミナー、カンファレンス)の企画・運営経験(2年程度以上)
・ 社内外との各種調整業務経験
・ リード獲得を目的・ゴールにおいたマーケティング実務経験
・ アカウンタビリティスキル
