【仕事内容】

※事業や所属部門の状況の変化等により、会社の指示する職務内容へ変更することがある

・医療キャリア事業が提供する各サービスのUI/UXデザイン全般

・ユーザーシナリオに沿った画面設計

・ユーザーヒアリングとユーザーテストを通じたユーザーの課題発見と解決

・エンジニアチームと議論して、実装のしやすさ等も考慮したUI作成

・事業責任者などビジネスサイドのメンバーとも連携して、事業・プロダクトを推進する橋渡しとしての役割

【開発環境】

・デザイン作成: Figma

・コミュニケーション: Slack、Google meet、Zoom、miro

・ドキュメント: esa

【求める人材】

・スマートフォンWebにおけるデザイン経験

・UI/UXデザイナーとして特定プロダクトの改善に長期的に関わった経験

・ユーザーインタビューの設計・実施経験

・マーケットリサーチの経験

【歓迎】

・プロジェクトのマネジメント、ディレクション経験

・プロダクトの要件や戦略の部分からデザイン観点で要件を整理できる能力

【給与】

年収620~1400万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
