【求められる経験・スキル】

<技術スキル>

・ITエンジニアとして、3年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方

・開発の場合:バックエンド開発経験(フロントエンドもあれば尚可)

<日本語スキル>

・日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方

(目安N2以上。入国後の日本語研修はN2レベルの研修です)

※入国後の日本語研修でビジネス日本語レベルへスキルアップが可能な方

<その他>

・中長期的に日本での就業が可能な方
