【概要】

経営企画部門(Business Management)のマネージャーとして、経営企画業務全般に関する業務をお任せします。経営陣の意思決定をサポートしつつ、本人の適性や要望に応じたキャリアの構築も可能です。

【詳細】

■経営戦略や経営計画の策定と推進(中期経営計画の策定と更新等)

■経営会議等の運営

■IR業務全般(適時開示、決算資料作成、投資家対応等)

■ファイナンス業務(資金調達、配当金戦略、銀行や投資家対応)

■有価証券報告書の作成総括

■総務業務(SDGs、ガバナンス、株式実務)のサポート

■その他経営企画部門の業務 等

【必須経験・スキル】

■経営企画に近い業務の実務経験(年数問わず)

■マネジメント経験(年数問わず)

■日商簿記2級等の経理知見

■IT業界やベンチャー企業での就業経験
