【仕事内容】

「ITヘルプデスク※マネージャー候補」のポジションの求人です

今回のポジションでは、組織拡大をサポートするサービスデスクチームのマネージャー候補を募集しております。

【具体的な業務内容】

■ITヘルプデスクチーム(最大10名)のマネジメント(メンバーの育成、評価、目標設定、1on1実施等)

■PC・モバイル端末・プリンタ等のキッティング・サポート・トラブルシューティング

■従業員からの問い合わせ対応・技術サポート

■ネットワーク機器の運用・監視・障害対応

■ITサービス運用管理(アカウント管理・購買・契約管理)

■コーポレートエンジニアチームとの連携によるシステム導入・運用支援

■新拠点立ち上げ・M&A案件におけるITインフラ整備支援

■ヘルプデスク業務の効率化・品質向上施策の企画・推進

【利用技術】

■サービス:Entra ID(Azure AD)、Google Workspace、Notion、Slack(Enterprise Grid)、Jamf、Netskope、Intuneなど

■インフラ:AWS、GCP、Azure

■バージョン管理:Git、GitHub

■コミュニケーション:Slack、Notion、Google Meet、Zoom

■デバイス:Mac、Windows、iPhone、iPad

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■ITヘルプデスク・サービスデスク実務経験(3年以上)

■ピープルマネジメント経験

■ベンダーコントロール経験

【歓迎要件】

■従業員300人以上でのITSM経験

■プロジェクトマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収 650 ~ 970 万円

※年収は前職考慮の上、経験・スキルに応じて決定します。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
