Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced AI models and algorithms tailored for the real estate industry (proptech).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
  • Analyze data patterns and trends to drive decision-making processes.
  • Conduct experiments and validation to improve AI model performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in AI and apply them effectively to projects.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of coding practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of AI methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years of working experience in AI engineering or related roles.
  • Experience in the proptech sector is highly advantageous.
  • Background in data analysis and statistical methods will be considered a plus.
