<仕事内容>
子どもたちの成長を見守りながら、楽しく保育活動を行うお仕事です。0歳~5歳児を対象に、安心・安全な保育を提供します。
具体的には、
- 日常の保育業務や遊びのサポート
- 保育計画に基づく活動の実施
- 保護者との連携や相談対応
未経験の方でも、研修とサポートが充実しているため、安心してお仕事をスタートできます
求める人材
- 保育士資格必須
- 未経験者歓迎丁寧な研修あり
- 月15日程度の勤務が可能な方
