仕事内容:
8時頃から18時~20時
1便制のため積み切れる場合は終業まで戻らなくてよいです。
11月は50個前後となっており、
12月は繫忙期でお歳暮の配送がほとんどとなります。
研修は3~4日を予定しています。

Q.どうして軽貨物運送業を始めようと思ったんですか?
A.私は元々美容師をしていて低賃金、
長時間拘束で立ち仕事なので毎日生活が苦しく仕事だけの日々に悩んでおりました。
そんな中転職を考えて仕事探しをしていると軽貨物ドライバーの仕事を見つけました。
調べていくと頑張った分だけ報われる業界に魅力を感じ興味を持ったのがきっかけです。
Q.あなたがカーメスマネジメントを選んだ理由は?
A.転職活動でいくつかの軽貨物会社を面接を受けたのですが、
正直勤務条件などはどこも似たり寄ったりでした。
そんな中カーメスマネジメントの面接を受けると、
私の今までの経験や悩みなどをしっかり聞いていただいて、
お仕事内容や条件なども包み隠さず教えていただき
ドライバーのお仕事のイメージをしっかり持つことができました。
Q.実際に働いてみていかがでしょうか?
A.業界未経験で初めは不安な部分もありましたが、
しっかりと配達のノウハウを教えていただきスムーズに業務をこなす事ができました。
なかなかうまくいかない時も先輩ドライバーさんが
手取り足取り優しく教えてくれて励ましくれました。
他のドライバーさんの話を聞くと未経験でもしっかり教えてもらう事ができず、
いきなり1人で業務を任される事も多々あるそうなので、
自分はカーメスマネジメントで始めることができて運がよかったと思います。
困った時は先輩ドライバーや代表も相談すると
これでもかと親身に話を聞いてくれるので安心して働いております。
先輩ドライバーさんのおかげで、
今ではちゃんと1人で考えて業務をこなす事ができるようになったので、
今度は自分が新しいドライバーさんが入ってきた時に
優しく教えれるように頑張っていきたいと思っております。

運転免許1つで始められるところに魅力を感じたからです。

A.運送業ということで少し構えて面談に行ったのですが、
社長や社員さんの雰囲気がいい意味で厳しそうでは無かったからです。
また、若い方々で年も近いこともあり
相談や悩みを聞いてもらいやすいかなと思えたからです。
Q.実際に働いてみていかがでしょうか?
A.きちんと研修をして下さっている印象を受けました。
覚えることや気をつけることが意外と多く苦戦しましたが、
日に日に流れを掴んでいくことができました。
初めはあまり取れなかった休憩も今ではきちんと取れています。
仕事をきちんとしておけば、あとは1人なのでゲームをしたり仮眠をとっています。
こういった自由なところが私には合っていると感じでいます。
ゆくゆくは独立も視野に入れていますが、
もう暫くはドライバーとして頑張っていきたいと思っています。
