未経験から着実にスキルアップできる研修制度を整え、新たな仲間を募集いたします。
仕事内容
現在、当社では各メーカー様とともに先端技術開発に取り組んでおります。
主な業務は、ロボット・5G通信機器・IoT家電・車載製品・半導体などに関わるデジタル・アナログ分野の回路設計開発です。
先端技術や新製品開発に携わりたい方、ものづくりが好きな方、デジタル・アナログ回路設計者を目指している方などを募集いたします。
入社後は約3ヶ月間、技術基礎研修・社会人研修を実施します。
研修後はOJTにて開発業務を学んで頂き、チームの一員としてスタートしますので、安心して業務に取り組むことができます。
対象となる方
学歴:大学卒以上(それに相当する学歴をお持ちの方)
※25卒応募可
知識:電気電子に関する知識
勤務時間
9:00~18:00
休日休暇
年間休日:120日
完全週休2日制 (休日:土、日、祝日、社内カレンダーに準ずる)
※年6・7回程度土曜出社あり、年間休日116日
有給休暇(半日単位)、夏季休暇・年末年始休暇(一部計画年休)、慶弔休暇、特別休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇、看護休暇、結婚休暇
※有給取得率 90%以上、育児休暇取得実績あり。
給与
月給制 225,000円~300,000円
※経験・能力等考慮の上、給与金額を決定させて頂きます。
賞与
賞与年2回(夏・冬) ※月給制の場合

外部技術研修制度等
※会社規定に準じた場合は、寮手当、赴任手当、帰省手当、支度金支給等制度あり
