仕事内容:
「イエパス」を運営するGiv株式会社で、デザイン業務を担う社内デザイナーを募集
不動産の知識は一切不要自社サービスのLP・バナー・資料など、社内のクリエイティブ制作全般をお任せします。
企画段階から携われるので、"言われた通り"ではなく、自分のアイデアをカタチにできる環境です。
▼具体的に・・・
- バナー・LP制作:イエパスの特長や使い方をわかりやすく伝えるデザインを作成
- SNSクリエイティブ制作:Instagram・Xなどで使う投稿画像・動画をデザインし、ブランドの世界観を発信
- Webサイト更新・改善:アクセスデータをもとに、ユーザーが使いやすいUIデザインを提案・反映
- 営業資料・社内資料デザイン:営業やサポートチームが使う資料を見やすくデザイン
- キャンペーン・コンテンツ企画:新サービスや施策のビジュアル企画・制作を担当
- チーム連携:マーケや営業と意見を出し合いながら、サービス全体のデザイン品質を向上
▼研修の流れ(未経験でも安心)
- オリエンテーション:サービスや業界の全体像を理解し、「イエパス」を学ぶ
- 基礎研修: デザインのルールやブランドトーンを共有。使用ツール(Canva/Figmaなど)の操作も丁寧にレクチャー。
- OJT:先輩と一緒にバナー制作や修正対応を担当。フィードバックを受けながら成長できます。
- ひとり立ち:自分の提案で新しいデザインを企画・制作。マーケチームと連携し、反響を見ながら改善にも挑戦

勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間:9:30~18:30(実働8時間/休憩1時間)
※繁忙期を除き定時退社を推奨しています
休暇・休日:
完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)+年間休日120日以上
夏季・年末年始休暇あり
有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥37,900〜¥47,300(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
