施工管理の具体的な仕事内容

・施工図の作成・チェック

・工程管理

・品質管理

・安全管理

・予算・コスト管理:

  • 水道工事・設備工事を中心とする

施工管理業務全般を手がけます。

  • 現在、売上の7割以上が公共工事。

その半分が水道工事と、まさに

尾張エリアのライフラインを

担っています。

  • 公共工事は「施工計画書」から

「工事完了報告書」を

作成・提出して、自治体の検査に

合格しなくてはなりません。

この事務作業が結構、大変なので

「現場監督は会社に戻ってから

残業の嵐」というイメージを

お持ちかもしれません。
