仕事内容:

企業様に対し、様々な経費削減に繋がるサービスや人材雇用に関する提案を行い、企業様の成長をサポートするお仕事です。

最適なコスト削減戦略と人材戦略の両立を実現するコンサルティング提案を行います。

◆具体的な業務内容◆

・企業様への訪問およびWEB商談(オンライン・対⾯双⽅対応)

・企業様のニーズや経営課題のヒアリング

・企業様のニーズにあった経費削減に繋がるサービスの提案

・⼈材紹介雇用に関するのご案内

・ご契約後の顧客フォローおよび継続的な関係構築

・顧客満⾜度を⾼める改善提案や定期訪問の実施

当社では、企業様のニーズや組織課題に寄り添いながら、無駄なコストを減らし、効率的な組織づくりを支援します。

たとえば、経費削減に繋がるサービスや業務効率化の提案など、企業様の負担を軽減する具体的なサポートが可能です。

テレアポやスケジュール調整などは専任スタッフが対応するため、営業は提案と商談に集中でき、企業様の経費削減に直結する提案力を磨くことができます。

また、入社後は教育担当を設置してしっかりと研修指導を行いますので、未経験者の方でも心配なくスタートできる環境なので安心してご応募ください。

契約後も企業様が納得できる環境づくりをサポートします。

無駄な経費を減らす改善提案や、運用状況の分析・最適化を行い、長期的に企業のコスト効率を改善。

月給30万円~42万円スタートに加え、頑張りに応じたインセンティブ制度も完備

契約件数や目標達成状況に応じて報酬が増えるため、自分の努力が収入に直結します。
