物流管理(部長候補)【神奈川】世界的コネクタメーカーの物流最適化で環境問題に貢献

【仕事内容】

同社グループ全ての事業領域(コネクタ、受託製造、金型設備等)に関り、グループ全体での物流最適化、既存の物流網の見直しやサプライチェーンマネジメント構築等を行う物流部門において、部長職として物流部全体のマネジメント及び次世代教育に携わっていただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・物流部門の組織マネジメント

・部門のビジョン・目標設定、メンバーの育成・評価

・部門の年間予算・人員計画の策定と管理

・サプライチェーンマネジメント体制の構築及び改善

・物流プロセスオーナーとしてISO9001/IATF16949の維持・向上

・社内各事業部内の課題に対して経営視点を持った上で組織的な解決策を立案・実行推進

・メーカー(荷主)として求められる物流業界に関連する法令・規制の

キャッチアップならびに会社全体へのコンプライアンス意識の浸透・定着・是正への取組

・行先:国内・海外 (I-PEX拠点・各フォワーダー等)

・期間:1~3日/回

また、次世代教育含め物流部門としての組織強化も大きなミッションとなっており非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
