職務詳細

【期待する役割】

貴金属精錬、製造・販売等を行う同社の中核拠点である坂東工場(茨城県)にて、工場の品質管理業務を担う分析Gに所属いただき、社内で発生するサンプルの分析業務全般を行っていただきます。

【業務詳細】

  • 下記装置を使用しながら分析業務を行なって頂きます。

・ICP発光分析装置

・蛍光X線分析装置

・水銀分析装置

・自動分注機

  • 器具・備品

・実験用ガラス器具(フラスコ、ピペットなど)

【工場紹介】

2022年竣工の坂東工場は年間24トン以上の金をリサイクルで産出する最先端の工場です。世界トップレベルの最先端の技術を有しており、自動化設備の導入や独自のトレーサビリティシステムなどを活用しながら生産を行なっています。またリサイクル由来の同社貴金属製品は「グリーンゴールド」などと呼ばれ、特に環境意識が高い大手宝飾メーカー等からの引き合いが強くなっています。

・作業環境:常時冷暖房管理

・臭気:なし

・服装:作業服(必ず長袖着用/※現場は安全メガネ、安全靴、ヘルメット着用必要)

【組織構成】

組織には約60人が所属、30代~50代の社員が中心です。中途採用者が多く在籍し活躍していますので、充実したサポートを受けられます。

【キャリアパス】

最初はベテラン社員からのOJTで業務を学んでいただき、全分析の全工程を経験いただきたいと考えております。 将来的には、分析Gの次期リーダー及び品質管理など工場全般管理業務も担っていただく事を期待します。

  • 化学を履修され、高校化学の基礎知識を有している方

【歓迎要件】

  • 化学分析業務経験者
  • Excel関数、VBAマクロ、パワークエリ等の使用に抵抗がない方
  • ICP/XRF機器分析業務経験者
