住宅ローンのリスク移転を再構築するプロジェクトを推進しており、

AI与信スコアリングと一体化した新しいアプローチに挑戦します。

高金利時代における「住まいと金融の新しい安心」を創ることを目指し、商品設計・数理設計、

再保険スキーム構築、デジタル実装・運用設計などを行います。

団信を「単なる保険商品」から「与信の一部」として再定義し、

保険数理とAI与信の相互最適化という新しい領域にチャレンジします。

【具体的には】

・ 仕事概要:同社は「いい不動産取引は、いいエージェントから」を当たり前にするために、

不動産売買領域のDXを行い、家を買う人、売る人、働く人等すべての不動産に関わる人をエンパワーメントす

るスタートアップ企業です。

・ 募集背景住宅ローンのリスク移転を「商品性×再保険×データ」で再構築するプロジェクトです。

団信・連生団信を単体商品として扱うのではなく、AI与信スコアリングと一体化した設計にし、

保険数理と与信を往復で最適化する新しいアプローチに挑戦します。

・ 団体信用生命保険の商品開発・引受経験

・ 生命保険・医療保険の数理設計経験

・ 保険デジタルプロダクトの開発・運用経験

・ アクチュアリー資格保有者

・ InsurTech企業での勤務経験

・ ネット保険(ダイレクト販売)の商品開発経験

・ データ分析を活用した引受ルール設計経験

・ 不正検知・リスク管理システムの構築経験

・ 金融規制(保険業法等)の知見

・ 再保険スキームの構築・運用経験

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
