・ 募集背景: 住宅売買市場の構造的課題を解決するため、
AI与信×証券化を組み合わせた新しい住宅ローンの仕組みを構築します。
・ ミッション: 高金利時代における「住まいと金融の新しい安心」を創る
・ 想定アプローチ:
・ 住まい選びから計画的な支払いまでを一気通貫してサポート
・ 高金利時代における高付加価値商品(連生団信)の開発
・ 多様な共働き世帯(片方フリーランスなど)に合わせた与信の仕組み
【求める人材】
以下のいずれかの実務経験が必須
・ 金融機関での住宅ローン審査・実行業務経験(3年以上)
・ 住宅ローン商品の企画・開発経験
・ 住宅ローン与信モデルの構築・運用経験
【歓迎】
・ FinTech企業での住宅ローンプロダクト開発経験
・ ローン審査システムの要件定義・導入経験
・ 住宅ローン債権の証券化プロジェクト参画経験
・ データ分析を活用した与信判断の経験
・ 住宅ローンアドバイザー資格保有者
・ FP資格保有者
・ 住宅金融支援機構(旧住宅金融公庫)での業務経験
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
