杏月会の特徴について
伊勢原市、厚木市、平塚市、秦野市、相模原市に外来、在宅クリニックを展開しており、今後も神奈川県、東京都で新規開設を予定しており、拠点の距離が近いことにより手厚いフォロー体制が実現しております。 地域のセーフティーネットとして、生活に困窮されている方、病院嫌いな方、医療や福祉と隔絶された生活をされてきた方、地域の様々な生活背景を持つ方々の相談窓口となれる法人を目指しております。 半径16㎞の診療圏を被らせて拠点展開をすることによって、診療ルートの効率化、他拠点同士での応援往診体制、エリアをまたいでの専門診のコンサルなどが可能になっており、地域の皆様の健康を切れ目なくトータルでサポートいたします。 法人全体の患者数・診療情報 法人登録患者数:2,217人(居宅845人、施設1,372人) 主な疾患:認知症、高血圧、慢性心不全、パーキンソン関連疾患、精神科疾患等 1日の訪問件数想定:居宅10~12件、施設30~40人 診療形態:医師+看護師+ドライバー 杏月会の施設概要 ・伊勢原駅前クリニック ・はだの在宅クリニック ・本厚木在宅クリニック ・ひらつか在宅クリニック ・さがみはら在宅クリニック ・やまと在宅クリニック

【仕事内容】
人事・労務 今回は、法人全体6拠点の労務管理を担当していただける方を募集いたします。 労務業務を中心に、医療法人が安定的に最善の仕組みを構築いただくことを期待いたします。 【具体的な業務内容】 労務業務全般 入社退社の手続き 給与計算 給与計算対象人数 約200名 労災手続き 社会保険の加入・喪失手続き 社会保険加入者 約100名 その他:総務業務 電話・来客対応、庶務(郵送物・会議対応等)がございます。 ※社労士事務所に外部委託しており、内製化は行っておりません。 【管理部の体制と雰囲気】 ・管理部長1名 ・労務担当2名 ・総務経理担当2名 計5名 男性4名、女性1名)の構成で皆温和な方が多く、チームワークも抜群で働く雰囲気も非常に良い職場です

【給与の備考】
想定年収:3,500,000円~4,900,000※賞与2ヵ月分含む 月給:25万円 ~ 35万円 <給与詳細> 月給:250,000円~350,000円 <別途支給手当> ・通勤手当 :上限50,000円/月 ・時間外手当:法定通り(125%) <賃金支払い> 【賃金締切日】月末 【賃金支給日】翌月25日 ※ご経験により、給与を決定いたします。 ※試用期間3ヶ月、期間中の条件変更なし
