【仕事内容】


建築物の「足元」=「地盤」を支える総合サポート企業――それが誠信GLOCAL株式会社です。

現在、ゼロから施工管理を目指す方を募集中。もちろん最初は、見て、触れて、学ぶところから。

先輩の作業を見ながら、実際に手を動かしているうちに、「なるほど、こうやって進めればいいんだ」と少しずつ理解できるようになります。

資格や経験は必要ありません。現場で積み重ねる一つひとつの体験が、将来のあなたを作ります。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

建物や施設の基礎を強化する杭工事を中心とした現場で、施工管理のサポートをお任せします。

まずは先輩の動きを観察し、サポート役に徹しながら、現場の流れや仕事の進め方を学びます。

・杭工事や山留工事の施工管理補助

・杭撤去工事の監督サポート

・地盤調査や各種試験の補助

・協力会社との調整、資材手配、品質確認など

【杭工事とは?】

柔らかい地面に杭を打ち込んだり、コンクリートを流し込んだりして、その上に大きな建物を建てられるようにするための地盤工事のこと。

【杭工事の種類】

  • 鋼管杭:鋼製の中空管を地中に打ち込み、支持層まで到達させて建物を支える杭
  • 柱状改良:セメント系固化材を地盤に混ぜ込み、柱状の改良体を造成して支持力を高める工法
  • 場所打ち杭:現場で地盤を掘削し、鉄筋を入れてコンクリートを打設して築造する杭
  • 既製コンクリート杭:あらかじめ工場で製造したコンクリート杭などを現場で打設または埋設して支持する杭

特別な経験や資格は必要ありません。「土木業界は未知の世界…」「興味はあるけど、施工管理って難しそう…」そんな方も心配無用です。

国家資格取得は会社がしっかりサポート。熱意があれば、1級土木施工管理技士や2級土木施工管理技士など、一生モノの資格取得も目指せます。

資格を手にすれば、自分の価値も間違いなくググッと上がり、将来の選択肢の幅も広がります。
