思ってもらえるような空間を、

【花】【植物】で演出するのが

あなたのお仕事です。

例えば、

気分がぱっと明るくなるような

色鮮やかなお花の装飾や、

リラックスできそうな

緑の観葉植物を選んだり…

お客様の希望されるイメージや

季節によって、

ご提案するスタイルもさまざま。

お客様からの感謝の言葉に

やりがいを感じられるのは勿論、

「空間をつくり上げていく楽しさ」

も味わうことができます。

自分の感性を取り入れたり、

活かすチャンスも多数

植物で空間を整え、

会話でアイデアが広がる営業です。

  • 植物を使った空間提案
  • 商業施設・企業への訪問
  • レイアウトのご案内
  • 植物の選定・入替相談
  • 季節イベント時の簡単な装飾 など

お客様と相談しながら、

「こんな雰囲気にしたい」という

イメージに合わせて

魅力的な空間をつくり出していきます。

※既存のお客様が中心なので、

飛び込み・ノルマはありません。

※入社後は先輩が同行し、

提案の仕方や植物の知識を丁寧にお伝えします。

求めている人材

  • 営業経験のある方歓迎

※未経験の方も可

  • お花や植物の専門知識がなくても大丈夫

名前や専門用語を完璧に知らなくてもOK。

「オシャレ」「好き」「笑顔にしたい」

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※残業は月平均10時間程度

  • 平均労働時間:1日あたり8時間
  • 変形労働時間制(1年単位)
  • 時期により勤務時間の変動あり

休日休暇


週休2日制(土・日・祝)

※土曜出社あり(月1~2回)

  • 夏季休暇:3日間(年度により変動あり)

基本給:月給 21万9000円 〜 33万円

固定残業代:なし
