・フロント、ベル、コンシェルジュ業務を統括するフロントの時間帯責任者

・宿泊部長、フロントオフィスマネージャーのサポート

・フロント スタッフの育成、指導

・ Hourly front desk manager to oversee front desk, bell, and concierge operations

・Assist the Lodging Manager and Front Office Manager

・Training and mentoring of front desk staff

Qualifications

・ホテルでの実務経験5年以上(フロント、ベル、コンシェルジュまたはハウスキーピング等)

・要英語力(ビジネスレベル)

・管理職経験者優遇

・顧客満足の実現に熱意をお持ちの方

・チームビルディングに熱意をお持ちの方

・ゲストのご要望に応えるため、柔軟に思考、行動できる方

・At least 5 years of hotel experience (front desk, bell desk, concierge, housekeeping, etc.)

・English language skills (business level) required

・Experience in a managerial position is preferred.

・Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction

・Team-building skills are a must.

・Flexibility to think and act flexibly to meet the needs of our guests.
