【仕事の魅力】

業績好調に伴い、部署体制の強化のために増員募集です輸出入に関わる貿易事務のお仕事。英語を使うシーンは基本的にメールのみ。読み書きができれば、英会話ができなくても大丈夫です。習熟度にあわせて、徐々に担当するブランドや顧客、国をひろげていくことが可能。丁寧に業務レクチャーしていくのでご安心ください。1日の実働5時間から相談可能なので、時短×スキルを活かして無理なく働くことができます。

10:00~19:00の間で実働5時間以上でお選びいただけます。

有名オーガニックシャンプーなどを手掛ける化粧品メーカーで、貿易事務のお仕事です。

※英語を使用する顧客とは、基本的にメールでのやり取りとなります。

【業務内容】

・インボイス/パッキングリストの作成(Excel使用)

・納期調整、各事業者とのやり取り

・取引先とのやり取り(英文メール)

・各種問い合わせ対応

- 一次受付後、担当部署へ確認してお客様へ返答
