仕事内容:

私たちは札幌市から委託を受けて、高齢者の方々に夕食用のお弁当をお届けしています。

お弁当は琴似の自社キッチンで手作りされた「農家の息子~きょうのごはん」。

旬や季節感を大切にした日替わり惣菜、安心・安全な食材を使ったやさしい家庭の味を、心を込めて届けています。

1日30~40件ほど、決まったエリア、顧客へのルート配達。

毎日同じお客様へお届けする安心感と、お客様との間に少しずつ信頼関係が生まれます。

「あなたが来てくれるのが楽しみ」といった言葉が、仕事のやりがいに繋がります。

配達には自家用車を使用できます。

軽自動車・普通車いずれでもOK。自家用車を使うことで、自分のペースで無理なく働けるのが魅力です。

慣れた車で、好きな音楽やラジオを聴きながら移動でき、ストレスなく仕事が進められます。

給与:

【委託スタッフ】

  • 歩合制 1件120円(冬期間の1〜3月は140円)
  • 車両手当(500円/日)
  • 冬季手当(1~3月)

【契約社員】

  • 月給130,000〜150,000円
  • 時短勤務(1日6h程度)
  • 週休2日
  • 社会保険完備
  • ガソリン代支給
