不動産投資会社で一般事務をお願いします。

アシスタントとして、2名体制で業務を行っていただきます。

業務に慣れ次第、週3日の在宅勤務が可能

フレックス制の会社のため、開始時間の相談も可能です

・郵便物対応 10~100通/日(契約書・請求書)

・捺印(製本・送付など)

・Excelへの入力(数値関連)

・送付状作成(Word)メール対応(Outlook・Googleチャット)

※親会社に対するメール送付・取引先へ請求書の催促が稀に発生しますが、簡単です。

・ミーティング(月1・月初に有給取得予定のシェアなど、簡単な共有の場)

・電話対応:5件程度/日(社内の内線対応、代表電話は外部委託)

・PDF作成・格納・原本管理

・電力・通信会社のサイトにアクセスし請求書をダウンロード
