The Role
Role
As a Briefing Consultant for the Executive Briefing Program, you will be at the epicenter of next-generation customer engagements alongside their most strategic partners. You will be responsible for the planning and support of in-person briefings held at their Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) as well as field briefings hosted in various cities across the US. The Consultant will need to apply knowledge of products, solutions, and services to assist in developing strategic agenda content for briefings. You will engage with multiple stakeholders including sales teams, executives, partner marketing teams, and subject matter experts throughout the planning process.
This role will be 6 months contract initially, with a possibility to renew. In addition, once in the role, you can seek other open role(s) within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of our client's portfolio and partner offerings to identify areas for collaboration.
- Assess briefing requirements based on various factors such as sales impact, revenue potential, attendees, and sales cycle stage.
- Engage in strategic discussions with sales teams to understand customer needs and create customized agendas.
- Facilitate Executive Briefings for high-tier engagements and present our client's value proposition.
- Collaborate with partner marketing and sales teams to plan and execute joint activities.
- Manage multiple executive briefings simultaneously, overseeing the entire process from planning to follow-up.
- Coordinate with global subject matter experts and on-site facilities to support briefings.
- Analyze data trends related to regional briefing activities and maintain a high-paced workload.

Essential Requirements:
- Professional presence and demeanor with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and expert time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with and VisitOps is beneficial.
- Comfortable interacting with executive-level clients and strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 10 years equivalent work experience.
- Minimal travel required (estimated once per quarter).
