The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our client's portfolio and partner offerings to identify areas for collaboration.
  • Assess briefing requirements based on various factors such as sales impact, revenue potential, attendees, and sales cycle stage.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with sales teams to understand customer needs and create customized agendas.
  • Facilitate Executive Briefings for high-tier engagements and present our client's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing and sales teams to plan and execute joint activities.
  • Manage multiple executive briefings simultaneously, overseeing the entire process from planning to follow-up.
  • Coordinate with global subject matter experts and on-site facilities to support briefings.
  • Analyze data trends related to regional briefing activities and maintain a high-paced workload.

The Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Professional presence and demeanor with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and expert time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with and VisitOps is beneficial.
  • Comfortable interacting with executive-level clients and strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 10 years equivalent work experience.
  • Minimal travel required (estimated once per quarter).
