【仕事内容】
営業スタッフとして業務全般をお任せします。
<お仕事の詳細>
提携するハウスメーカーやリフォーム会社からの依頼を受けて、ハウスメンテナンスの営業を行います。
主な業務は、住宅や店舗の点検・見積り・提案などです。
<一覧で見る業務内容>
● 現場確認と見積作成
訪問先の状況確認し、駆除や予防プランの見積もりを作成します。
● 提案
罠の設置、侵入防止柵の設置、薬剤散布、巣の除去、侵入経路の遮断などを提案します。
● 関連サービスの案内
被害が大きい場合には、リフォーム・補修工事も案内します。
一人での訪問活動が中心のため、マイペースに働きたい方におすすめです。
1日の訪問件数は1~4件、1現場の作業時間は1~2時間程度で、仕事量によっては半日で終了することもあります。

未経験の方も安心してスタートできるよう、最初の1~2ヶ月は先輩社員との同行研修を実施し、業務をじっくりと学べる体制を整えています。
また、資格取得支援や独立支援も充実しており、やる気と向上心を重視する職場です。

勤務時間・曜日:
フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間4~6時間)
勤務シフトは基本的に自分で組んでいくので融通可能。半日勤務も作れます。
だいたい9:00~17:00の間で自分でスケジュールを組みます。(実働4~6時間・休憩1時間)
※平均所定労働160時間/月

月給:25.5万円〜(スキル・経験を考慮)+各種手当
※固定残業代制ではありません。業務実態に応じ残業代別途支給
