① Aim to open new accounts and expand market share for our products in the area of MR duties.

② Promote collaboration with dealers and partners to achieve sales targets

③ Develop KOLs within the assigned area and aim for a ripple effect in that area

④Practice accurate event planning and management to achieve sales goals

Qualification requirements

◆Required

・Over 3 years of sales experience at a pharmaceutical company

・MR certification

・Driver's license

・University graduate or above

Selection process

Document screening - Aptitude test - Multiple interviews - Final interview 

Employment status 

・Full-time employee (Trial period  6 months) 

・Working hours 9:00 to 18:00 ( 1 hour lunch break) 

・Deemed work outside the workplace system 

・Two-day work week (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays), year-end and New Year 

holidays, summer vacation, paid vacation

・Number of holidays per year: 125 days

Salary Annual income: 

5. million yen to 6 million yen (depending on experience) *Includes sales allowance. (Separate business daily allowance (2000 yen/day) will be paid)
