仕事内容:

私たちSUPER SUPERは、Web・映像・空間・グラフィックなど、領域を横断して課題解決に取り組むクリエイティブラボです

今回募集するのは、クライアントとのコミュニケーションを軸に、プロジェクトの企画設計から制作進行・予算管理までを担うプロデューサー職です。

制作物のジャンルに縛られず、「何を実現したいか」という本質的な目的から出発し、最適なアウトプットに導くポジションです。

【仕事内容】

  • クライアントへのヒアリング・課題整理
  • コンセプト設計や企画提案
  • プロジェクトのスケジュール・進行管理
  • 予算管理(見積作成・請求対応・消化状況の確認など)
  • 社内外の制作チーム(Web・映像・空間・グラフィック等)との連携・ディレクション
  • 必要に応じてクライアント先への訪問(基本はリモート)

【仕事の進め方の一例】

①クライアントからの相談内容をヒアリングし、課題や目的を明確化

②スケジュールや予算を含めたプロジェクトの全体設計とチームの編成

③コンセプト立案や企画書・提案資料を作成し、プレゼンテーションを実施

④企画が承認されたら、社内外のクリエイターと連携して制作進行

⑤品質・納期・コストのバランスをとりながら全体を推進

⑥プロジェクト進行中も、予算の消化状況を確認しながら適宜見積や請求処理を対応

求める人材:

・デザイン制作のプロジェクト管理の経験2年以上
