・海外拠点が使用するシステムの企画・開発・導入。
・具体的にはBPRを含めたビジネス分析、ITを活用したソリューションの企画、要件定義、設計、テスト、現地への導入支援等。
特に、以下プロジェクト・業務において貢献できる方を募集。

パッケージを含む新システム構成の導入検討、及びこれに合わせた現場事務のBPR。

デジタルを活用した業務効率化ソリューションの提案。
3
データフローの最適化を通じたデータ活用の効率化。
4:上記各プロジェクトの推進・管理。

【求める人材】
【必須】
・システム関連プロジェクトにおける、3年以上の要件定義、設計等の実務経験がある方。
・国内外の関係者と調整・交渉しながら施策やプロジェクトを立案・推進できる企画力及びコミュニケーション力がある方。
・業務遂行に必要な英語力を有する方(TOEIC800点以上)。

・商業銀行の業務知識のある方。
・システム開発におけるPMOリード経験がある方。
