業務内容

  • 工作機械のメンテナンススタッフ

あなたにお願いしたいのは、販売した工作機械の

メンテナンスや定期点検、故障時の対応を行う

フィールドエンジニアの仕事です。

入社時の知識や経験は一切不問で、

充実した教育環境でしっかりと育成します。

専門技術や製品知識、お客様対応のスキルを

身に着けながら、大手国内メーカーから信頼される

プロフェッショナルへ成長できます。

<具体的には…>

・機械を納品したお取引先工場への巡回訪問

(週に約10~15社を訪問しています。)

・機械故障時等の緊急対応など

<担当エリア>

  • 主に東日本エリアの得意先を担当。

独り立ち後は、月に1回程度出張があります。

<入社後の流れ>

本社にて、当社の事業内容やKASTO社の製品について、

丁寧に指導します。

製品の特長やメンテナンスの進め方、お客様対応の方法など、

業務に必要な知識をしっかり学べる環境です。

さらに、自社工場で使用している機械に触れながら、

実際の作業を通じてメンテナンス技術を身につけることができます。

最初は焦らず、じっくり作業の流れを覚えていきましょう。

2~3年間は先輩社員がマンツーマンでサポートしてくれるので、

安心して業務に取り組むことができます。

その後は、先輩からお客様の担当を引き継ぎながら、

少しずつ独り立ちできるようになります。

独り立ち後は、お取引先への巡回訪問スケジュールを

自分で調整できるのが大きな魅力です。

故障などの緊急対応もありますが、スケジュールを

上手に組み立てながら、仕事のペースを自分でつかんでいけます。

自分の裁量で業務を進められるので、やりがいを感じながら働けます。

また、時には難しい修理を任せられることもありますが、

そんな時こそ、機械が正常に動き出した瞬間の達成感は格別です。

今回採用するメンテナンススタッフのみなさんに

担当して頂くのも、同社の工作機械が中心です。

当社で販売した工作機械の定期的な点検・修理を行い、

予期せぬトラブルの際もすぐ駆けつけて迅速に対処する。
