住宅検査/技術指導職一級建築士を所有している方必見/完全週休2日制/研修制度充実/東京都立川市

【仕事内容】

住宅の検査業務及び委託検査スタッフへのサポート業務をお任せ致します。

  • 2015年設立以来、東京都を中心に建物検査事業を展開し、累計11万件以上の住宅検査実績を誇る成長企業

今回の募集では一級建築士のご資格を活かして、未経験からでもチャレンジできる住宅検査/技術指導職の募集になります。

【 主な業務内容 】

~ 住宅の検査業務(週に2~3件程度) ~

・竣工検査

・建物状況調査(インスペクション)

・住宅瑕疵担保保険検査

・住宅設備の検査

・検査報告書の作成・確認 等

※検査がある日には、上記業務をお任せ致します。

※対応エリアは主に1都3県が中心で、1日の検査件数は概ね1~2件です。

※まれに、委託検査スタッフのサポートや検査のため遠方出張する場合があります。

【 教育体制/配属先について 】

・入社直後は座学研修を受け、基礎知識を習得します。その後は先輩社員が同行するOJTで現場の流れを学び、慣れてきたら一人で現場を担当しますので未経験からでも安心して就業できます。

・検査技術スタッフは8名在籍しており、20代から50代まで年齢層が広く活躍しております。ベテラン社員も多く、業務内で分からないことは先輩社員に聞ける環境が整っております。

【雇用形態】

正社員試用期間:有り(3か月間)※試用期間中の給与は月給36万円~47万円になります。

【年収・給与】

初年度想定年収:550万円~700万円月給目安:39万円~50万円※上記はあくまで目安であり、ご選考を通じて最終的に決定致します。※固定残業代40時間分/92,000円~118,000円を含む。< モデル年収 >・570万円(45歳・入社2年)・710万円(51歳・入社7年)
